1. Liability

The liability of America Transportation is limited. America Transportation acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to airport transfer, tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond America Transportation control.

America Transportation can accepts no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. America Transportation and his suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage. America Transportation and their suppliers reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements.

2. Price, Payment and Voucher issue

a) Prices

Price quotations are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of America Transportation will contact you for authorization. Tips/gratuities, services not described in the product's description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.

b) Payment

All airport transfers or any services provided by America Transportation must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payment will be listed as "Bay Travel" on the credit card statement. You will be charged in USD at the conversion's rate applicable on the date of your booking.

c) Voucher issue

After payment, America Transportation will send a confirmation / voucher by e-mail or by fax, this voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the service provider.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking. All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to America Transportation.

America Transportation cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive or read carefully your confirmation / voucher.

a) Cancellation fee / Refund

Except otherwise stated, Airport transfer or any transportation product cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:

- More than 7 days before the services begin: You will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
- Between 7 and 3 days before the services begin: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount paid.
- 2 days before the beginning of the services: 100% cancellation fee / no refund.
- The day of the service or after the date of the service: 100% cancellation fee / no refund.

b) Procedure

Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by America Transportation must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation from America Transportation. America Transportation will not be responsible for any cancellation not confirmed back to you and might debit the relative no-show charges.

4. Diverse

- Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but without limitation) if he booked transfers or any transportation service including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has to own a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.
- Smoking on board vehicle is strictly forbidden.
- Florida state law requires children under age 5 to be protected with an approved and properly used child restraint device. For children under 3, Florida law requires that they be in a separate car seat or a car seat that is integrated into the vehicle. For children ages 4 and 5, a separate car seat, integrated car seat or seat belt may be used.
